If there is any quality problem within 15 days after receiving the product, the Crocs store will provide you with a replacement. If there is no exchange unit, we will refund it to you. We will also be responsible for any costs incurred in the exchange and refund of this type.
Crocs stores do not offer refunds or exchange for any product issues caused by customers, but you are welcome to contact the Trek store customer service for any maintenance requirements.
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer shall bear the freight. The specific cost shall be calculated according to the express company you choose.
